BOOKING A RENTAL

• Select your bike above
• Rental bookings of 3 bikes or more require a reservation be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance to allow us time to prepare the bikes/gear as well as a deposit of the rental fee to secure the bikes/gear & date.
• Reserve directly online with the bikes selection above or contact us to reserve with a 50% deposit via e-transfer (only available for bikes/items picked up in-store).
• We offer delivery and pick up for full day or longer bike rentals within a 40km radius of our store - please choose the delivery region in the shipping options at checkout and provide the delivery address as a note for an updated quote, or email us to inquire about pricing and availability.
• Please note: deposits are non-refundable and rentals are considered “rain or shine” once they have been booked. A 50% deposit will be retained for cancellations on bookings made through the website.
• You’re more than welcome to simply show up and rent bikes without a reservation but please expect wait times as they’re prepped for you. Bikes/gear must be picked up and dropped off during business hours unless other special arrangements have been made.
• Each rider must be over the age of 18, hold a form of government ID, and must fill out an individual liability release form upon rental pick up.
• We do not authorize the modification of any bikes or accessories by customers.
• We do not accept pick ups or drop offs outside of our business hours: Mon - Fri 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. We are closed Sundays. Bikes dropped off late are subject to a $25 penalty.
